A=COM <br />• Branding and project logo; <br />• Key messages; <br />• Spokespersons; <br />• Activities; <br />• Timelines; and <br />• Responsibilities. <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach — Recreation and Parks Master Plan <br />Scope of Work <br />05/05/2022 <br />1.2 Project Coordination & Kick-off— In addition to the specific services detailed Scope of <br />Services below, AECOM will manage this contract and will oversee the performance, <br />monitor the project schedule and deliverables, and provide timely invoicing and reporting of <br />project progress to the City. A'/2 day project kick-off initiation call between City staff and <br />AECOM shall be conducted before the commencement of Task 1.3. The purpose of the <br />kick-off initiation call is to review and discuss: <br />• Project scope and schedule <br />• Roles and expectations <br />• Needs, priorities, obstacles, opportunities and implementation <br />• Status of previous Cultural and Community Services Master Plans <br />• Comprehensive Plan and other guiding documents <br />• Stakeholder Interviews <br />• Website materials <br />• Final document format <br />• Presentation of Public Participation Plan <br />In addition to the kick-off meeting, it is anticipated that AECOM will facilitate up to twelve <br />(12) monthly update calls with the City during the project duration. <br />1.3 Project Website - AECOM will prepare a project website that will be active for the extent of <br />this scope of work. The purpose of this site is to provide an added level of emphasis to this <br />project with a unique domain and the ability to create a one-stop hub for project information <br />and engagement. For engagement, AECOM, along with subconsultant Publiclnput.com, will <br />prepare an online engagement portal to harness the comprehensive toolkit Publiclnput <br />provides interactive engagement tools, online surveys, and translation services. The <br />engagement portal will be integrated into the Virtual Open House (Task 2.1 d) in order to <br />obtain community input from the Open House. Publiclnput.com utilizes geo-location for <br />responses that provides valuable data on what parts of the community are participating in <br />the engagement and allows for ad buys in underrepresented neighborhoods or demographic <br />groups to increase participation rates at various stages of the project. One member from the <br />City staff will be responsible for attending an onboarding session upon initiation of the <br />Publiclnput.com platform development. Ad buys for up to 25,000 views have been included <br />in the project. Additional ad buys or additional extension of the platform can be provided as <br />an additional service. <br />
