Interviews or group meetings shall be coordinated with Task 1.1 - <br />Kickoff to be completed during a single two (2) day period. AECOM will provide a <br />memorandum of key findings and draft recommendations that will be refined through the <br />implementation development phase of this scope. <br />1.9 Existing Conditions Analysis Summary - AECOM will compile the findings from the tasks <br />outlined above into a draft Existing Conditions Analysis Summary document, including: <br />• Project overview <br />• Base map of existing system <br />• High-level lifestyle analysis <br />• Summary of existing system, including parks, facilities, trails and programs <br />Part I - Deliverables include: <br />• Public Engagement Plan (1.1) <br />• Kickoff Meeting notes (1.2) <br />• Public Engagement Website (1.3) <br />• Base Map (1.4) <br />• Best Practices / Lessons Learned (1.5) <br />• Demographic Analysis (1.6) <br />• Park Evaluations Summary (1.7) <br />• Recreation Program, Operations and Maintenance Evaluation Summary (1.8) <br />• Existing Conditions Analysis Summary (1.9) <br />Part II - Needs and Priorities Assessment <br />2.1 Public Involvement - AECOM will use the following techniques to determine Cultural and <br />Community Services needs and priorities, including both facilities and programs. <br />• Up to Eight (8) Stakeholder Interviews <br />• Up to Six (6) focus group meetings <br />• Two (2) evening community meetings to provide broad-based community input <br />• One (1) youth workshop <br />a) Stakeholder Interviews (Up to 8) - Each interview will be approximately 45 minutes in <br />length. Interview notes will be provided to staff upon completion of all interviews. <br />Community stakeholder interviews will be coordinated with Focus Groups for location <br />and date/time. Stakeholder interview may be conducted over the phone or through video <br />conference if applicable. <br />b) Focus Group meetings (Up to 6): Each Focus Group will be approximately 45 minutes <br />and are anticipated to include between 6-10 participants. Meetings will be coordinated <br />for location and date/time to allow for single meeting space. Video conference Focus <br />Groups may be substituted for in-person meetings if and when applicable. <br />
