A=COM <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach — Recreation and Parks Master Plan <br />Scope of Work <br />05/05/2022 <br />Tentative `sub -systems' could be: <br />o Parks & Facilities <br />o Sustainability and Resilience <br />o Cultural Resources <br />o Connectivity <br />o Programs / Recreation <br />Development of preliminary subsystem visions <br />AECOM will prepare a PowerPoint presentation summarizing key principles, concepts and <br />ideas developed during the workshop and conduct one public open house on the same day <br />as the conclusion of the workshop. <br />3.2 Conceptual Cultural and Community Services Vision Plan — AECOM will prepare a <br />conceptual comprehensive Cultural and Community Services Vision Plan per the outcomes <br />of the Visioning Workshop that reinforces City-wide themes identified during the Visioning <br />Workshop. <br />3.3 Order of Magnitude Estimate of Probable Costs — AECOM will prepare an "order -of - <br />magnitude" opinion of probable construction costs (Excel) to implement each of the parks <br />and/or other improvements shown on the Conceptual Parks System Vision Map and the <br />individual park concept plans, including: <br />• Land Acquisition (based on costs/acre provided by the City) <br />• Park/Facility Development (based on comparable facilities) <br />• Programming/Staffing (based on historical data provided by the City) <br />• Operations and Maintenance for existing and proposed system (based on historic <br />data provided by the City) <br />Part 111 — Deliverables include: <br />Visioning Workshop Meeting notes (3.1) <br />• Goals, Objectives and Policies (3.1) <br />Conceptual Parks System Vision Map (3.2) <br />Estimate of Probable Costs (3.3) <br />Part IV — Implementation Plan <br />4.1 Implementation Workshop — AECOM will conduct a one-half day Implementation <br />Workshop with the Department Staff, City Administrators, Finance Department Staff, School <br />District, and/or other City staff to review the Cost statement, and to discuss various <br />Implementation Strategies for the Parks and Recreation Master Plan, including both public <br />and private initiatives. The City will be responsible for invitations to this workshop. To <br />prepare for the workshop, the City will prepare estimates of available funding (from current <br />sources) for the next 5, 10 and 15 -year periods.
