AcCOM City of Sunny Isles Beach — Recreation and Parks Master Plan Scope of Work 05/05/2022 4.4 Strategic Funding Plan — AECOM, along with its subconsultant, will develop a Strategic Funding Plan for the City's Cultural and Community Services Master Plan. The strategic funding plan will range from 2 to 5 years. The strategic funding plan will include the following components: Resources of potential funding opportunities Designate funding opportunities to be used with specific projects Funding schedule to provide direction in pursuing alternative funding sources. Part IV — Deliverables include: • Implementation Workshop minutes (4.1) • 10 -Year Action Plan (4.2) • Recreation Programming, Operations, and Maintenance Implementation Recommendations (4.3) • Strategic Funding Plan (4.4) Part V — Cultural and Community Services Master Plan 5.1 Draft System Plan Open House — AECOM will conduct a public open house to gain input while the draft master plan is available online. AECOM will record comments made by the public. AECOM will provide a record of all comments to the Project Team for review. 5.2 Develop Final Cultural and Community Services Master Plan Document — AECOM will compile the interim documents prepared from Parts I — IV (outlined above) into a final Cultural and Community Services Master Plan report and will include the following: • Existing System Analysis (Part 1) • Needs and Priorities Assessment (Part II) • Long -Range Vision (Part III) • Action Plan (Part IV) • A Cultural and Community Services Master Plan PowerPoint 5.3 Marketing Materials and Executive Summary — AECOM will prepare a one-page brochure and an Executive Summary 11"x17" glossy -finish graphic booklet for the project. In addition, website content will be provided in PDF format for posting to the Department's website. 5.4 City Council Presentation for Adoption/Approval — AECOM in coordination with City staff will present the final Cultural and Community Services Master Plan at a public hearing, scheduled by the City, to solicit City Council approval and/or adoption. Part V— Deliverables include: Digital and printed copies of Cultural and Community Services Master Plan Document (5.2) • Digital and printed copies of Executive Summary (5.3) Digital marketing materials for website (5.3)
