PHASE 10: TECHNOLOGY
Often, we utilize drone images or footage as a part of this visualization to show before and after scenarios.
As we progress to detailed design, our team has the capability of producing drawings in Revit/Civil 3D
to allow for coordination of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CIM (Civil Information Modeling)
to allow optimum coordination and performance review of the projects systems. Our team utilizes
multiple software platforms as well for both design and project management including but not limited
to: AutoCAD, CivilCAD, Microstation, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere,
etc.), Sketch-up, Lumion, Basecamp, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project Scheduler, etc.),
e-Builder, Procore. We also have full plotting and scanning capacity in office making production as
efficient and cost effective as possible. All staff is set up to handle virtual meetings/conferences through
the use of the many readily available platforms including but not limited to: Microsoft TEAMs, Skype,
GoTo Meeting, Webex, etc.
PHASE 11: COMMITMENT TO SUCCESS
As we’ve grown, so has our focus. KEITH is proud to offer a full range of services and incorporates the
latest innovative technology from each of our five offices. Our in-house capabilities allow our teams to
collaborate with other disciplines on projects and tasks, allowing us to derive the most efficient and
effective options to service the City’s needs. Convenience and accessibility are important variables
when working with clients of high caliber such as the City of Sunny Isles Beach. KEITH understands that
responsiveness is imperative to the success of a project. One of the benefits of being a mid-sized firm is
that even the top members of our organization are involved and have the knowledge and understanding
of each project.
Every member of our design team has a proven history of successfully completing projects of this size
and nature, and this Contract has our full attention and commitment. Each member of our team is wholly
committed to the success of work authorizations to be issued under this contract. At KEITH we carefully
monitor, measure and push to fruition each and every activity on the work authorization. We measure
its progress to ensure we remain on track and on schedule. This is true through planning, design,
permitting, bidding, administration of the construction contract and project close-out. Understanding
the proposed scope and schedule of the City on each work authorization is fundamental to the success
of each project and the KEITH Team knows what it takes to meet the expected goals and objectives of
the City and all the associated stakeholders.
PHASE 12: ALTERNATIVE FUNDING
Members of KEITH staff are experienced in the preparation of State and Federal grant applications
as well as the reporting requirements associated with the program management of different types of
grants. Members of the KEITH Team are directly responsible for the award of $22 Million in grant funds
to various municipalities and governmental organizations.
Successfully preparing and receiving a grant award is a significant first step in the process, however, the
program management reporting requirements over the life of the grant are equally as important
Understanding the complexities of meeting the obligation and expenditure deadlines as well as all the
reporting requirements are crucial to any grant program. The members of the KEITH Team have the
knowledge and experience in multiple types of grants and programs that can be leveraged to provide
additional supplemental funding resources for their clients, which is crucial in these difficult economic
times as agencies struggle with the budgetary shortfalls and constraints.
60RFQ No. 22-06-01
