<br />Professional Experience:
<br />Mr. Mohler is a Certified Arborist and
<br />Certified Landscape Inspector providing
<br />a variety of services to both public and
<br />private sector clients, including: tree
<br />species identification and inventories,
<br />tree surveys and canopy mapping,
<br />destroyed/damaged tree assessments,
<br />tree value estimates, tree grading, tree
<br />species selection for planting, mangrove
<br />trimming oversight and tree permitting.

<br />City of Miami Beach South Beach
<br />Tree and Dune Inventory - Miller
<br />Legg and its Certified Arborists
<br />conducted a comprehensive tree and
<br />dune vegetation inventory on a section
<br />of South Beach east of the pedestrian
<br />walk from 3rd to 5th Streets. All 300
<br />tree species found within the area were
<br />inventoried as point locations with
<br />associated attributes and all dominant
<br />shrub and ground cover species were
<br />collected as polygon data with associated
<br />percent coverage and species data. The
<br />information was then displayed on a
<br />digital map and the data was provided to
<br />the client in .shp file format. Miller Legg
<br />was a subconsultant to Coastal Systems
<br />International.

<br />City of Miami E.G. Sewell Park -
<br />Miller Legg is under contract with the
<br />City of Miami for program development,
<br />pre-design, master planning design
<br />including public involvement workshops,
<br />construction documents and
<br />construction administration services for
<br />Sewell Park. The program will be an
<br />open passive park with elements
<br />including passive walkways through park
<br />and preserve areas, pavilions, an eco
<br />trail, baywalk, hardscape, floating docks,
<br />kayak launch, seawall/living shoreline,
<br />wayfinding and historical information
<br />signage. The scope of services includes
<br />landscape architecture, irrigation, civil
<br />engineering, topographical surveying,
<br />SUE, certified arborist, structural
<br />engineering, electrical engineering,
<br />geotechnical engineering, archeological,
<br />permitting, bidding assistance and limited
<br />construction administration. Miller Legg
<br />will also conduct a Bonneted Bat survey
<br />and perform a bathymetric survey for
<br />the seawall component. The firm is
<br />assisting the City to gather community
<br />stakeholder input during the design
<br />process. Government agency permitting
<br />will be coordinated with Miami-Dade
<br />Co. DERM, WASD and SFWMD.

<br />City of Miami La Pastorita
<br />Neighborhood Roadway
<br />Improvements Study - This
<br />neighborhood improvement project is
<br />located in the La Pastorita neighborhood,
<br />bounded by SW 11th Street to the
<br />north, SW 16th Street to the south, SW
<br />34th Avenue to the east and SW 37th
<br />Avenue to the west. The goal of the
<br />project is to promote pedestrian friendly
<br />roadways and neighborhood
<br />beautification. Miller Legg is providing
<br />landscape architecture and Certified
<br />Arborist services. Specific services
<br />include tree inventory and assessment,
<br />tree master plan coordination,
<br />conceptual plan / color rendering for the
<br />La Pastorita Neighborhood Roadway
<br />Improvements Phase 1. Other activities
<br />include public outreach and future
<br />construction program analysis. Miller
<br />Legg is a subconsultant to The
<br />Corradino Group.

<br />City of Tamarac Commercial Blvd
<br />Landscaping Improvements - The
<br />City of Tamarac engaged Miller Legg to
<br />provide landscape architectural and
<br />survey services for the existing medians
<br />along 1.70 miles of West Commercial
<br />Blvd in Broward County between North
<br />Pine Island Road and Sawgrass
<br />Expressway. In addition to landscape
<br />architecture, a certified arborist report
<br />and survey (including vacuum
<br />excavations) services, the Miller Legg
<br />team provided lighting and electrical
<br />services, irrigation design, permitting,
<br />and construction administrative services.
