<br />Mr. Santana has highly developed
<br />engineering software skills across a
<br />number of platforms including Autodesk
<br />Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, Inventor,
<br />Naviswork and Infraworks.

<br />Regional Park - Renovations of Rolling
<br />Oaks Regional Park include construction
<br />of a new one-story 4,000 SF recreation
<br />building, renovated restroom facilities,
<br />expansion of walking trail with lighting,
<br />distance marker, and exercise stations,
<br />new pavilions, new parking lot,
<br />refurbished basketball and tennis courts,
<br />new fencing, new shaded playgrounds,
<br />new landscaping and irrigation, addition of
<br />horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, mini golf
<br />and splashpad, and video system and
<br />WIFI. Miller Legg is providing civil
<br />engineering, landscape architecture and
<br />surveying services for this 7-acre park as a
<br />subconsultant to Synalovski, Romanik and
<br />Saye Architects. The civil scope includes
<br />design of a lift station and on-site force
<br />main extension to service the proposed
<br />Welcome Center. An arborist assessment
<br />of existing trees and palms was carried
<br />out as part of the landscape architecture
<br />services.

<br />City of Oakland Park East Dog Park
<br />- To assist with the City of Oakland Park's
<br />plan to develop a 1-acre Dog Park at the
<br />existing Richard Giusti Heart Par Cours
<br />Park, Miller Legg was retained for
<br />topographic and tree surveying, SUE,
<br />engineering and landscape architecture
<br />services as well as an opinion of probable
<br />cost. The firm is providing schematic
<br />designs and renderings to provide off-
<br />street parking along NE 6th Avenue and
<br />NE 36th Street, sidewalk connectivity,
<br />modification to the existing jogging trail,
<br />dog park design for small and large dogs
<br />which includes landscape improvements,
<br />tree additions, canopy shelters, water
<br />stations, pet waste stations, benches and
<br />asphalt walking paths. This project is
<br />being performed under Miller Legg's
<br />continuing services contract.

<br />Miami-Dade County Water and
<br />Sewer Department (WASD) E15-
<br />WASD-02 Relocation of 8 Pump
<br />Stations - Miller Legg is conducting due
<br />diligence and feasibility studies to relocate
<br />and upgrade eight (8) pump stations (PS
<br />0812, PS 0815, PS 0831, PS 0856, PS 0865,
<br />PS 0867, PS 0882, PS 0894) identified as
<br />having issues related to accessibility,
<br />maintenance and deterioration. The scope
<br />of work includes a complete report
<br />evaluating possible alternative sites and
<br />pump station layouts and providing more
<br />feasible alternatives to facilitate the design,
<br />permitting and construction of the new
<br />pump stations. An analysis of gravity
<br />sewer routing will be provided to ensure
<br />maximum depths for wet wells and gravity
<br />sewer lines are not exceeded. Meetings
<br />with Miami-Dade Co. Public Works,
<br />appropriate governmental agencies and
<br />Homeowner Associations to discuss site
<br />access will be scheduled as necessary. The
<br />final deliverable will be a Due Diligence
<br />and Feasibility Report to include site plan
<br />sketches, permitting requirements, and
<br />WASD comments.

<br />Recital Hall Construction Trailer -
<br />Miller Legg is providing civil engineering
<br />services for the preparation of a
<br />temporary construction compound
<br />associated with the Knight Recital Hall at
<br />the University of Miami. The scope
<br />includes preparation of site civil
<br />engineering construction documents.
<br />
<br />Hollywood Beach Golf Course and
<br />Club House - Miller Legg is on the
<br />architecture team to provide civil
<br />engineering design services for the 104-
<br />acre 18-hole Hollywood Beach Golf
