<br />Mr. Vazquez is a Project Engineer with a
<br />background in civil and transportation
<br />design. He has worked on public and
<br />private sector projects involving a variety
<br />of elements such as site development,
<br />road, intersection and interchange
<br />design, utility design, feasibility studies,
<br />environmental impact assessments and
<br />erosion control. He is skilled in
<br />AutoCAD products, Revit and Sketchup.

<br />Town of Davie New Town Hall
<br />Engineering Design Criteria
<br />Package (DCP) - Miller Legg is
<br />contracted with the Town of Davie for
<br />surveying and the engineering Design
<br />Criteria Package for the proposed new
<br />Town Hall site. Boundary and
<br />Topographic Surveying has been
<br />completed using laser scanner
<br />technology and conventional surveying
<br />methods. The dense tree canopy on the
<br />southern portion of the site proved a
<br />challenge for the scanner crew. The use
<br />of the scanning technology improved the
<br />anticipated schedule for the deliverable.
<br />Miller Legg is coordinating with Town
<br />staff to prepare the master roadways,
<br />access points, and utilities for the Town
<br />Hall site which will include the other
<br />construction sites adjacent to the Town
<br />Hall site. Miller Legg is working to
<br />coordinate the relocation of utilities for
<br />the Town Hall site and the upgrade to
<br />the Town Hall lift station, which serves
<br />the Town Hall site and adjacent
<br />proposed and existing developments.
<br />The scope also includes a civil and
<br />landscape architecture site feasibility
<br />study, bidding and permitting assistance
<br />and construction administration.

<br />City of Oakland Park East Dog Park
<br />- To assist with the City of Oakland
<br />Park's plan to develop a 1-acre Dog Park
<br />at the existing Richard Giusti Heart Par
<br />Cours Park, Miller Legg was retained for
<br />topographic and tree surveying, SUE,
<br />engineering and landscape architecture
<br />services as well as an opinion of probable
<br />cost. The firm is providing schematic
<br />designs and renderings to provide off-
<br />street parking along NE 6th Avenue and
<br />NE 36th Street, sidewalk connectivity,
<br />modification to the existing jogging trail,
<br />dog park design for small and large dogs
<br />which includes landscape improvements,
<br />tree additions, canopy shelters, water
<br />stations, pet waste stations, benches and
<br />asphalt walking paths. This project is
<br />being performed under Miller Legg's
<br />continuing services contract.

<br />Miami Dade College (MDC) North
<br />Campus Roadway Assessment -
<br />Miller Legg is providing engineering,
<br />surveying and landscape architecture
<br />consulting services to help assess the
<br />existing roadway conditions and provide
<br />engineering plans to help address
<br />stormwater ponding at the Miami Dade
<br />College North Campus. Engineering
<br />services include roadway and drainage
<br />field condition assessment and report,
<br />including recommendations for
<br />pavement, curbing, drainage flow, traffic
<br />circulation and landscaping issues. In
<br />addition, Miller Legg will provide
<br />surveying and construction
<br />administration services.
<br />
<br />School Board Broward County
<br />(SBBC) Stirling Elementary Traffic
<br />Circulation - Miller Legg is reviewing
<br />proposed circulation options developed
<br />by SBBC staff in order to provide a site
<br />circulation study and conceptual plans
<br />for the improvements of site traffic
<br />circulation and to attempt to eliminate
<br />traffic congestion for Stirling Elementary
<br />School in Hollywood, FL. The study will
<br />include stacking, staging and circulation
<br />elements and conceptual planning will
<br />meet all ADA requirements related to
<br />the site.
<br />
<br />Pembroke Falls Tree Inventory -
<br />Miller Legg performed arborist services
<br />and street tress inventory for the
<br />Pembroke Falls community, which
<br />consists of 18 subdivisions. Upon
<br />completion of these services, the
<br />community retained Miller Legg to
<br />perform additional services including
<br />drainage permitting, sidewalk repair plans
<br />and surveying.
