The Payment Bond shall stay in effect until the time required by section 255.05, Florida <br />Statutes, for the making of claims under such Bond, or when all claimants submitting valid claims have been <br />paid, whichever is later. <br /> <br />2.10 INSURANCE <br />At all times during the term of the Contract, the Contractor, at its sole expense, shall maintain insurance <br />coverage of such types and with such terms and limits as described below. The Contractor further agrees <br />that if any part of the Work under the Contract is subcontracted, it will require its subcontractors to <br />maintain insurance coverage of such types and with such terms and limits as described below as a condition <br />of those subcontracts. <br /> <br />2.10.1 Comprehensive General Liability Insurance <br />Comprehensive General Liability with minimum limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per <br />occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability. <br />Coverage must be offered in a form no more restrictive than the latest edition of the <br />Comprehensive General Liability policy, without restrictive endorsements, as filed by the Insurance <br />Services Office, and shall specifically include the following with minimum limits not less than those <br />required for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability: <br />• Premises and Operation; <br />• Independent Contractors; <br />• Products and/or Completed Operations Hazard; <br />• Broad Form Property Damage; <br /> Broad Form Contractual Coverage applicable to this specific Contract, including any hold <br />harmless and/or indemnification agreement. <br />• Personal Injury Coverage with Employee and Contractual Exclusions removed, with <br />minimum limits of coverage equal to those required for Bodily Injury Liability and Property <br />Damage Liability. <br /> <br /> 2.10.2 Business Automobile Liability <br />Business Automobile Liability with minimum limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per <br />occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability. <br />Coverage must be afforded on a form no more restrictive than the latest edition of the Business <br />Automobile Liability policy, without restrictive endorsements, as filed by the Insurance Services <br />Office, and must include: <br />• Owned Vehicles; <br />• Hired and Non-Owned Vehicles; <br />• Employers’ Non-City ship. <br /> <br />Before starting the Work, the Bidder will file and make sure that all certificates of insurance <br />required by this document and by the Contract are in the City’s possession.
