The City shall be named as an additional insured on the above-referenced policies. <br /> <br /> 2.10.3 Worker’s Compensation Insurance <br />Worker's Compensation Insurance for statutory obligations imposed by Worker's Compensation or <br />Occupational Disease Laws, including, where applicable, the United States Longshoremen's and <br />Harbor Worker's Act, the Federal Employers’ Liability Act and the Homes Act. Employer's Liability <br />Insurance shall be provided with a minimum of $100,000.00 per accident, $100,000.00 per person, <br />and $500,000.00 per policy aggregate. Such policies shall cover all employees engaged in any Work <br />under the agreement. Bidder agrees to be responsible for the employment, conduct and control of <br />its employees and for any injury sustained by such employees in the course of their employment <br /> <br />2.10.4 Environmental Pollution Insurance <br />The Contractor shall carry an Environmental Pollution Insurance for pollution-related incidents, <br />including the cost of cleaning up a site after a pollution incident, with limits not less than $500,000.00 <br />Dollars per occurrence with deductible not greater than $100,000.00. An additional Form or <br />endorsement to the Commercial General Liability Insurance to include an Environmental Pollution <br />Insurance coverage providing the specified coverage, is acceptable. <br /> 2.10.5 Cancellation and Re-Insurance <br />If any insurance should be cancelled or changed by the insurance company or should any insurance <br />expire during the period of this contract, the Consultant shall be responsible for securing other <br />acceptable insurance to provide the coverage specified in this section to maintain coverage during <br />the life of this Contract. All deductibles must be declared by the Bidder and must be approved by <br />the City. At the option of the City, either the Bidder shall eliminate or reduce such deductible or <br />the Bidder shall procure a Bond, in a form satisfactory to the City, covering the same. <br /> <br />2.10.6 Professional Liability Insurance <br />Evidence of Professional Liability Insurance coverage for negligent acts, errors, and omissions in <br />the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000), with a minimum coverage of one million dollars <br />($1,000,000) per occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000) aggregate. <br /> <br />The Professional Liability policy/coverage shall be amended, if necessary, to include the following: <br />1. Description on the declaration describing the scope of your professional services and shall <br />include all aspects of the services performed under this Agreement, including negligent acts, <br />errors or omissions arising out of your operations or any qualified sub-consultants and sub- <br />tier consultants for whom you are legally liable. <br />2. Deletion of any exclusions pertaining to design/build liability. <br />3. Coverage shall apply for one (1) year after the Project is complete. <br /> <br />2.10.7 Builder’s Risk insurance <br /> <br />Builder’s Risk insurance for all construction performed on the site to the full value of the contract. <br />City of North Miami Beach and City of Sunny Isles Beach must be shown as an additional insured <br />with respect to this coverage.
