Site Plan <br />A Site Plan will be drawn to identify Lite location of all activities, and include traffic control, Inspection Tower <br />location, and dumping, grinding, burning, ash storage, HHW storage, temporary office, "Clear Zones" and portable <br />toilet and hand wash station locations. <br />9. Reporting Requirements <br />CTC maintains an extensive record of the activities that occur at a Temporary Debris Site, including the number <br />and identification of trucks, volume of debris entering the site, types of debris, etc. CTC, INC. can provide a wide <br />range of reports. The types and schedules for preparing and submitting reports required by the COR will be <br />contained in the plan. <br />10. Site Closure <br />A site closure plan will be developed and address the removal of all debris and debris reduction by-products, haul <br />roads and dump pads, security fencing, office trailers, portable toilets and hand wash stations, Inspection Towers. <br />Sampling of soil and groundwater will be taken as required and compared to the baseline data gathered. Each site <br />will be returned to its original condition, or as may be desired, and approved by, the property owner and your local <br />government representative. <br />Page 46 of 87 <br />
