Scope of Work <br />included, but not limited to, the following: <br />• Provide CEI and construction administration services as required for <br />the LAP Program. <br />• Attend preconstnxtion meeting and prepare minutes for distribution. <br />• Review shop drawings submitted by Contractor for adherence to <br />• <br />construction documents. <br />Attend bi-weekly progress meetings and prepare for minutes for <br />distribution. <br />• Respond to Contractor request for information and clarification of <br />• contract documents. <br />Coordinate utility issues/conflicts. <br />Process all construdan correspondence and documents. <br />• Review and recommend Contractor payment requisitions. <br />• Review Contractor's certified payrolls. <br />Conduct labor interviews to assure wage rate compliance. <br />Verify Contractor's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) on- <br />going training program. <br />• Review Contractor EEO requirements. <br />Provide On the Job Training (OJT) monitoring and reporting. <br />Review and recommend Contractor change order requests, if any. <br />• Provide fulklme inspector (40 hours per week). <br />• Conduct semi -final inspection and prepare punch list. <br />Conduct final inspection, punch list, and contract close -out. <br />QA/QC — limited materials and density tesfing Provide independent <br />assurance testing and coordinate with testing lab to obtain sampling <br />and testing.
