May 2003 <br />Ignacio Serralta, P.E. <br />Jean - Claude <br />Fontaneau <br />SRS provided the engineering design, permitting <br />and construction phase services of Miller's Pond <br />Park including site utilities, parking area, and <br />concrete walkways. This work included the design <br />of paving, grading, and drainage plans for 118 <br />cars parking lot. Our scope of work also included <br />construction plans for "dry-run" and "final" review <br />by local regulatory agencies including Miami -Dade <br />County Public Works Dept., and Miami -Dade <br />County Park and Recreation Department. <br />Construction Phase services included bi- weekly <br />construction meetings, reviewing shop drawings, <br />responding to RFI's, providing periodic <br />construction observations, and preparing close- <br />out documents. <br />W <br />
