�77 Og1i0tfCQ.fF_i <br />Land Planners • Eneineers • Land Surveyors <br />STATE SCHOOL YYY -1 <br />Project Description <br />This project is composed of a 178,000 square foot Miami -Dade County Senior High School on a 17 <br />acres site. also known as Terra Environmental Research Institute. The project area, including roads and <br />other improvements was approximately 30 acres. Schwebke- Shiskin and Associates was the Civil <br />Engineering consultant responsible for the design, permitting and construction administration for all the <br />infrastructure for the development of the subject site and adjacent roadways. Stormwater management <br />modeling software (ICPR) was used to determine stages generated by a theoretical 10 year storm event <br />for flood analysis of the development and adjacent roadways. The project also included the <br />development of approximately 2,600 linear feet of new watermain, abandonment of an existing <br />watermain and approximately 400 linear feet of sanitary sewer extension to service the proposed <br />buildings.
