These responsibilities include: <br />project management, roadway design, post design construction management service. <br />Mr. Seymour is involved in the supervision, production, and quality control of all <br />roadway and site plans and specifications. <br />® Mr. Seymour's general experience includes tasks related to roadway engineering, site <br />design, geometric design, and post design construction management. His design <br />experience includes signalization design, underground precast structures, roadway <br />alignment and geometry including use of Geopak software. Mr. Seymour's construction <br />engineering inspection experience includes construction of multi -lane roadways, <br />commercial parking lots and residential site work, underground utilities including force <br />mains, gravity sewer systems, water lines, electrical and communication duct banks. <br />11 <br />REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS: <br />Mr. Seymour has worked on various projects from design through construction. Several <br />significant projects are: <br />Miami Jewish Home and Hospital Parking Lot Expansion <br />This project involved the design and post design services of a new at grade employee <br />parking lot with drainage, site lighting, utility relocations, walls /fencing on the perimeter, <br />three card readers with data transfer for security, landscaping, and security cameras <br />through the parking lot. This project also included demolishing several buildings, tree <br />surveys, zoning revisions; special exception, public hearings, historic review board, and <br />DPA processed the permit through the City of Miami and DERM. DPA also did the <br />bidding services, construction management and materials testing coordination.
