Roadway restoration/resurfacing and drainage <br />improvements in a residential community including new drainage outfalls, <br />permitting, signage, and pavement markings. Our team located proposed <br />drainage infrastructure to minimize impacts to existing utilities with a special <br />emphasis on sanitary laterals for all adjacent homes. As part of the project, <br />special attention was required to protect the existing tree canopy and all <br />public rights -of -way and driveway aprons were restored to equal or better <br />condition. The project also included close coordination with residential <br />property owners and careful maintenance of traffic to minimize impacts to <br />the community and maintain property access at all times. <br />Loch Ness Roadway and Drainage Improvement Project. Roadway <br />restoration/resurfacing and drainage improvements in a residential <br />community including modifications to existing drainage ouftalls permitting, <br />signage, and pavement markings. Our team located proposed drainage <br />infrastructure to minimize impacts to existing utilities and adjacent <br />properties. As part of the project, a new traffic circle and two pavement <br />narrowing devices were installed for residential traffic calming. A new park <br />facility was also installed after restoration of the staging area. Special <br />attention was required to restore all public rights -of -way and driveway <br />aprons to equal or better condition. The project also included close <br />coordination with residential property owners and careful maintenance of <br />traffic to minimize impacts to the community and maintain property access <br />at all times. <br />Lake Elizabeth Roadway and Drainage Improvement Project. <br />Roadway restoration/resurfacing and drainage improvements in a <br />residential community including new drainage outtalls and permitting. Our <br />team located proposed drainage infrastructure to minimize impacts to <br />existing utilities and adjacent properties. As part of the project, new park <br />facilities were installed after restoration of the staging area and <br />coordination with residents was provided to implement sleeves for future <br />median irrigation. The project also included close coordination with <br />residential property owners and careful maintenance of traffic to minimize <br />impacts to the community. <br />Cowpen and Eagle Nest Roadway and Drainage Improvement <br />Project. This was the first localized drainage improvement project <br />implemented with the Town's on -call general contracting firm. Kimley- <br />Horn assisted the Town in developing a contract to obtain an on -call <br />contractor and as part of that contract, implemented roadway restoration/ <br />resurfacing and drainage improvements in a residential and multifamily <br />community. Improvements including modifications to existing drainage <br />system and new drainage components to address localized stormwater <br />issues, permitting, and pavement markings. Special attention was <br />required to restore all public rights -of -way and driveway aprons to equal <br />or better condition.
