He has assisted with the design of various stormwater systems, grading schemes, site <br />plan designs and roadway projects. In addition to his land development experience, his construction field experience <br />includes erosion and environmental control monitoring. Mr. Punit has used both AutoCAD and Microstation to aid in the <br />design of numerous projects. At RJ Behar, he is responsible for support in the areas of design and permitting for multiple <br />projects. These projects range from municipal to federal, with job duties including site and drainage design, plan revisions, <br />and utility and project coordination. Mr. Punit has seven years of experience. <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE DESIGN EXPERIENCE <br />SR- 5/Biscayne Boulevard from N of NE 121" Street to NE 151" Street, Miami -Dade County - FDOT D6 <br />Project Engineer responsible for the design and permitting. The scope of services includes milling and resurfacing, signing <br />and pavement markings, traffic control plans and ADA and pedestrian features upgrades and improved signalizabon <br />configuration at SW 1351h Street. <br />Miami River Greenways, Segment D — City of Miami, Florida <br />Project Engineer — He assisted with the roadway design including drainage improvements, signing and marking, as well as <br />lighting design. The project consists of the reconstruction of an existing roadway segment along the Miami River to produce <br />a scenic, landscaped, pedeshian/bicyde walkway /greenway. The project includes the design of a drainage system with <br />wells, decorative lighting and landscape/hardscape design. Project length: 1 mile <br />NW 87d, Avenue (SR- 973 /Galloway Road) Miami -Dade County, Florida — FDOT, District 6 <br />Project Engineer — He assisted with the roadway plans preparation and drainage plans. The scope consisted of new <br />construction of NW 87t' Avenue (from NW 741, Street to NW 1031d Street) within the Town of Medley in Florida. Project <br />length: 1.90 miles. <br />SR- 5/US -1 /Overseas Highway from Fontaine Drive to S. of Tavernier Creek Bridge, Monroe County, Florida — FDOT, <br />District 6 <br />Project Engineer responsible for the design and permitting. The scope of services includes milling and resurfacing, signing <br />and pavement markings, traffic control plans and ADA and pedestrian features upgrades. Enhanced traffic signal signage <br />was required due to a high rate of accidents at the corridor's one signalized intersection. Additionally, the Typical Section <br />was modified to accommodate bicycle lanes without widening. Length: 0.80 miles <br />SR -7/US -441 Roadway Lighting and NW 111^ Place Pedestrian Lighting Improvements, City of Lauderhill, Florida — <br />FDOT, District 4 LAP Project <br />Project Engineer responsible for the design, quality assurance reviews of the plans, permitting and coordination with <br />respective agencies. The scope of this project includes milling and resurfacing, installation of decorative stamped concrete <br />and asphalt, lighting, landscaping, and street furniture. This is a FOOT Local Agency Program (LAP) Project.
