ROHAN PUNIT. El <br />Project Engineer for the design of a 1.5 mile new alignment urban roadway in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The scope of this <br />® project includes signalization, drainage design, signing pavement, marking and permitting as well as public involvement <br />coordination. <br />Health Central Way — Oviedo, Florida <br />Project Engineer — He assisted with the roadway and drainage plan designs for this addition to the Health Central Hospital <br />Campus. <br />Sarasota V.A. Cemetery — Sarasota, Florida <br />Project Engineer — He prepared roadway widening, turn lanes and drainage plans. <br />Lake Butler Professional Campus — Oviedo, Florida <br />Project Engineer — He prepared the turn lane widening plans. <br />The Landing at Lake Harris — Tavares, Florida <br />Project Engineer — Responsible for the off -site roadway widening and drainage plans to accommodate the subdivision. <br />Tumpike Widening — FDOT Turnpike Enterprise <br />Officer Engineer (Internships) — Mr. Punit assisted in the on -going construction of the Turnpike Widening Project in <br />coordination with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). He maintained erosion control procedures, scheduled <br />subcontractor work and was responsible for pay estimates as well as quantity tracking. He also assisted with scheduling <br />and planning various project activities. <br />SITE DESIGN EXPERIENCE <br />BCIFAU A. Hugh Adams Parking Garage Expansion, Davie, Florida — Broward College <br />Project Engineer — Responsible for plans preparation and permit coordination. Assisted with drainage design to ensure <br />proper conveyance with the existing system. As this was a design -build project, coordination among the contractors, dients, <br />and owners was key to the successful completion of this job. Constant contact was maintained with the contractors to <br />ensure quids turnaround times on RFI's and shop drawings. Project length: Not applicable. <br />Seawall Repairs — City of Pompano Beach, Florida <br />Project Engineer — This project includes repairing existing seawalls for Hillsboro Inlet Park and Indian Mound Park in the <br />® City of Pompano Beach. Repairs include replacing existing concrete piles and pile caps, sealing cracks along the seawalls <br />and backfilting areas of undermining near wall joints. RJ Behar utilized an existing conditions report generated by the City <br />to produce construction documents for contractors. These documents included various options for repairing deficiencies <br />within the walls. <br />Devine Park — Town of Davie, Florida <br />Project Engineer — The Town of Davie contracted RJ Behar to convert a portion of the Devine Estates tree nursery into an <br />equestrian park. Site elements include multi-use pedestrian/equestrian trails, a gazebo overlooking the existing pond, <br />design of a drainfield for the proposed bathrooms, horse trailing parking and staging area for patrons and enclosure of the <br />remaining tree nursery with associated maintenance access. Permitting entities include the Town of Davie, Central <br />Broward Water Control District and Broward County Health Department. <br />Hialeah Public Works Site Plan — City of Hialeah, Florida <br />Project Engineer responsible for the site remodeling, demolition and reconstruction phase of the City of Hialeah Water and <br />Sewer Department Complex. The project includes extensive utility coordination to coincide with construction phasing for the <br />project, new site layout, new exfiltration trench drainage system and design of new water and sewer facilities to service site. <br />Palm Avenue (from W. 4511, Street to W. 471^ Street) — City of Hialeah, Florida <br />Project Engineer — He assisted with the roadway improvement plans, milling and resurfacing, drainage, signing and <br />pavement markings as well as lighting plans. The scope of this project consisted of roadway improvements, milling and <br />resurfacing, drainage, signing and pavement markings and lighting plans, utility coordination and permitting with FDOT on <br />Palm Avenue from West 4511 Street to West 47th Street in the City of Hialeah. This project is part of the American Recovery <br />and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), which is supported by federal funds. The challenge of this project was to prepare roadway <br />plans which would improve the roadway corridor while minimizing federal funds the City would have to use. Project length: <br />0.25 mile <br />Shop 3C Fleet Maintenance Facility — Miami -Dade County, FL <br />Project Engineer responsible for design, permitting, and construction administration services, ensuring proper coordination <br />from design to project completion.
