The scope consisted of general engineering services for the assessment of sidewalks, <br />ADA compliance and cost estimate for repairs or reconstruction of sidewalks of two segments of this roadway; from Hialeah <br />Drive to East 2151 Street and from East 32W Street to East 53rd Street. Project length: 2.58 miles. <br />E. 61h Avenue (from E. 911 Street to Hialeah Drive), E. 5d, Street (from E. 41^ Avenue to E. 61h Avenue), E. 5d, Street <br />(from E. 6"t Avenue to E. 8th Avenue) — City of Hialeah, Florida <br />Roadway Designer — She was responsible for the drafting of roadway plans, drainage, traffic control, signalization, utility <br />relocation, as well as the design and drafting of signing and markings plans and lighting including lighting calculations. <br />E.19 Avenue — City of Hialeah, Florida <br />Roadway Designer — She prepared roadway plans, drainage design, signing and marking, signal plans, conversion of <br />overhead to underground utilities. The project consisted of the reconstruction of 1.6 miles of City Street, conversion from <br />one -way to two-way traffic. <br />E. 10th, 11th, 12th, 13t', 1411,151h Street (from Palm Avenue to East 151 Avenue) — City of Hialeah, Florida <br />Roadway Designer - Prepared roadway plans, drainage design, signing and marling. The project consisted of <br />reconstruction of approximately 3700 feet of City Street. <br />E. 10th, 11th, 12th, 131h, 1411, 1511(from East 151 Avenue to East 2^d Avenue) — City of Hialeah, Florida <br />Roadway Designer — She prepared roadway plans, drainage design, signing and marking and utility coordination. The <br />project consists of reconstruction of 3,700 feet of City Street. <br />E. 16th, E. 17th, E. 18th, 19th, 20th (from Palm Avenue to East 151 Avenue) — City of Hialeah, Florida <br />Roadway Designer — She was responsible for the roadway plans, drainage design, signing and marking and utility <br />coordination.
