Continuing Professional Services for Architectural, Landscape Architectural, <br />Engineering and Land Surveying Firm Only (CCNA) - RFQ No. 14 -07 -02 <br />In the community of Golden Isles in Hallandale Beach, RJ Behar completed structural inspection of seven existing <br />bridges, structural design for replacement of parapets and evaluation for the addition of sidewalks and preparation <br />of plans for the improvements. The project also included public involvement to determine the type of aesthetic <br />bridge railings. <br />RJ Behar provided structural design plans for McDonald Park Pedestrian Bridge, City of Hialeah, Florida. <br />Services included project management, plans preparation, structural engineering, contract documents, permitting, <br />shop drawing reviews, utility coordination and contract specifications services <br />We completed evaluation of structural systems at <br />recreation facilities such as Playground & Recreational <br />Facilities at Befti Stradling Memorial Park, and Boat Ramp <br />at Riverside Park for the City of Coral Springs; Structural <br />Inspection & Survey and Report Services at Charles <br />Deering Chinese Bridge, and Structural Inspection & <br />Survey Metro Zoo Monorail for Miami -Dade County. <br />We have provided services to Palm Beach County under our Structures Annual Contract over the past nine years. <br />We have made many very useful review comments on these projects and <br />have effectively coordinated with the County and the design firms. lommmi <br />We have recently completed structural engineering assignments under a <br />similar work order contract for the South Florida Water Management <br />® District that in included: <br />• Rehabilitation of the S -310 Navigational Lock of Lake <br />Okeechobee <br />• S -5A Boat Ramp, kiosks, board walk, and sheep piling system <br />• Design of concrete slabs, and miscellaneous structures for the <br />Hickory Hammock Equestrian Camp ground. <br />• Feasibility study for berm at the C-4 Canal — This included <br />evaluation of sheet pile and cast in place concrete wall <br />systems. <br />• Design of Fender System for the S 310 Lock <br />CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />RJ Behar is certified by FDOT in Construction Engineering Inspections Services and <br />currently has a general construction management contract with the South Florida <br />Water Management District. We offer a full range of construction engineering <br />services. These services range from providing inspection to providing on -call site <br />engineering services for land development and municipal projects. Our proposed <br />team members are all trained and CTPQ certified with FOOT. They are familiar with <br />all of the required contract provisions for construction contracts including all <br />monitoring and reporting requirements, contract and project billing documentation. <br />We provide both infrastructure inspection as well as building inspection services.
