We are well aware of the duties need <br />to fulfill a CEI scope, which include attending preconstruction meeting(s); reviewing and processing payment <br />applications, approving schedule of values; monitoring and tracking the contractor's work progress and schedule; <br />requesting and reviewing schedule modifications to ensure the contractor maximized time and resources; <br />maintaining and accurately monitoring logs (correspondence, submittals/ shop drawings, RFI's, change orders, <br />deficiency reports, payment applications); responding to contractor RFI's in a timely manner, conducting and <br />coordinating the technical review and return of contractor submittals in a timely manner; coordinating and <br />monitoring inspection procedures and making site visits as necessary to accomplish same; assisting/coordinating <br />with Utilities (BellSouth, FP &L, cable, etc.) and City Departments as <br />required; attending neighborhood meetings and /or City Commission <br />meetings as requested; determining the need for any change orders, <br />providing summary and justification for change as well as cost1 G <br />estimates; assisting in negotiations with the contractor; conducting - T e <br />weekly/bi- weekly meetings to evaluate the contractor's progress andt r , <br />to resolve issues; preparing and distributing meeting minutes; "= <br />Ott o .• t v1 -` <br />overseeing substantial and final inspections, preparing and tracking <br />punch list items; reviewing and processing record drawings; and <br />preparing certifications and dose -out permits. <br />J' I <br />RFQ No. 14 -07 -02 1 Page 12.8 <br />
