He <br />has served as Senior Inspector on a variety of complex CEI roadway and bridge construction projects managing field <br />personnel, quantities, project documentation, material testing and acceptance, and assisting in the Completion and <br />processing of the monthly progress and final estimates packages. Mr. Polanco is extremely familiar with FOOT policies <br />and procedures, as well as the Construction Project Administration Manual (CPAM), Basis of Estimates (BOE), and OSHA <br />Regulations.
