Continuing Professional Services for Architectural, Landscape Architectural, Engineering and Land Surveying Firm Only (CCNA) - RFQ No. 14 -07 -02 ®OVERALL ORGANIZATION Our overall organization to complete projects in this contract is shown in our Organization Chart included in Section 3 of this proposal. The chart includes the personnel available and planned for this contract. It is summarized as follows (years of experience in parenthesis): Mr. Javier Rodriguez, PE (25) will be the project manager in charge of delivering and completion of tasks. He will be the main contact with the City as well as the lead engineer for Civil /Recreational Facilities. Mr. Robert Behar, PE (35) will be the Principal -In- Charge and will be an asset to this contract in terms of his overall experience and relations with agencies such as the FDOT. He is currently the president of the Florida Institute of Consulting Engineers. Mr. Juan Vazquez, PE, PH, BCEE (26) will be the lead engineer for stormwater and drainage, as well as water and sewer projects. Mr. David Romano, PE (16) will lead construction administration services and assist with cost estimating. Mr. Jerry Piccolo, PE (33) will assist with any miscellaneous structural designs such as outfalls, seawall repairs, bridge design and evaluations. Mr. Carlos Mazorra, PE (25) will be in charge of the roadway design. He is a former FDOT D6 employee and is current in all aspects of roadway, lighting, signing /markings, ADA, and traffic operations design. Mr. Eduardo M Suarez (28) is the President of Longitude Surveyors, LLC and will be in charge of all surveying ®and mapping needed on any project. Mr. Suarez has provided surveying and mapping services for over 28 years to various municipalities. Mr. Dhuruva (Dru) Badri, PE (11) from Professional Services Industries, Inc. will be the lead geotechnical engineer on this contract. Mr. Badri's experience includes coordination, monitoring and evaluation of subsurface explorations, laboratory studies, construction operations and geotechnical report preparation. Justin Freedman, MS (12), from E Sciences will serve as the lead environmental engineer for this contract. He specializes in municipal consulting and has provided plan review, landscape inspection, environmental assessments, expert witness, permitting, ordinance development, street tree inventory, canopy assessments, carbon sequestration analysis and wildlife permitting services to municipalities. ABILITY TO MEET TIMELINES AND DEADLINES We believe that the successful completion of a project is highly dependent on the experience of the staff assigned to the project. RJ Behar will commit the personnel necessary and monitor project progress to meet schedules. As previously stated, RJ Behar has the commitment of completing every contracted project to the satisfaction of the client. Our management spreadsheets assist us for control of each project and we discuss each project in our project management weekly meetings. At these meetings, we go over all the items that need to be completed, the budget, and the staff needed to complete each item. Our company President, who will also serve as Principal -In- Charge on this contract, presides over these meetings to insure each project and task is allocated the necessary resources. 11 qR.J.Behar RFQ No. 14 -07 -02 1 Page 14. 5
