The Town of Davie intended to increase the <br />residential density by 3,500 dwelling units in the Regional Activity <br />Center (RAC). The RAC is bordered by University Drive to the west, 1- <br />595 to the north, Florida's Turnpike to the east and Griffin Road to the <br />south. The purpose of this project was to analyze the traffic impacts that <br />the increase in density would have had on the roadway network.
