The scope of this project consisted of <br />a multiuse typical equestrian and /or recreational trail and horse <br />crossing within the Town of Davie. <br />RJ Behar converted a portion of the Devine Estates Tree Nursery into an <br />equestrian park. Site elements included a multiuse pedestrian/ equestrian <br />trail, a gazebo overlooking the existing pond, design of a drainfteld for <br />the proposed bathrooms, horse trailer parking, and a staging area for <br />patrons and enclosure of the remaining tree nursery with associated <br />maintenance access.
