RJ Behar <br />coordinated the site design, all the components of the plans and the <br />permitting. The wetland planting plans were developed by a <br />subconsultant. The wetland area has a sidewalk path, and is coordinated <br />and connected to an elevated stage and playground. The grading <br />included a marsh area and a deepwater marsh (constant pool), which has <br />wetland species plantings in both areas. Species include small trees, <br />Cigared Palms, shrubs and grasses.
