RJ Behar
coordinated the site design, all the components of the plans and the
permitting. The wetland planting plans were developed by a
subconsultant. The wetland area has a sidewalk path, and is coordinated
and connected to an elevated stage and playground. The grading
included a marsh area and a deepwater marsh (constant pool), which has
wetland species plantings in both areas. Species include small trees,
Cigared Palms, shrubs and grasses. The existing trees within the site
were carefully identified, protected and relocated.
R.J.Behar & Company, Inc.
1 1 1 E n g i n e e r s • P l a n n e r s
RFQ No. 14 -07 -02 1 Page 12.40
