Is has several <br />baseball fields, but is mostly used for football and soccer. The <br />project goal is to convert the three baseball fields into <br />football /soccer fields. This will require the following: <br />➢ Removal of clay in the infields and replacing it with sod, <br />9 Demolition of the baseball bleachers and dugouts, <br />➢ Provide new score boards, bleachers and press box, <br />9 Design new grading and drainage for the revised layout <br />➢ Review the location of the existing lighting for the new field <br />layouts, <br />i Re- stripping the fields for standard soccer field dimensions, and <br />➢ Revise and modify the irrigation system <br />RJ Behar was in charge of the project management, master planning <br />and civil design of the improvements. RJ Behar also provided <br />construction quantities, coordinated sub consultant efforts for the <br />remodeling of the existing concession/bathroom building, and <br />selection of the new scoreboard. As part of the master plan effort <br />the existing parking lot was analyzed to improve circulation and <br />provide additional spaces. <br />R.J.Behar 8. Company, Inc. <br />Engineers.
