JAVIER RODRIGUEZ, PE Hialeah Public Works Site Plan — City of Hialeah, Florida ® Engineer of Record — He was responsible for the site remodeling, demolition and reconstruction phasing of the City of Hialeah Water and Sewer Department Complex. The project included extensive utility coordination to coincide with the construction phasing for the project, new site layout, new exfiltration trench drainage system and design of new water and sewer facilities to service site. SR- 7/Sunrise Boulevard Lighting Design — City of Lauderhill, Florida Project Manager for the lighting plans preparation — This project consisted of roadway lighting design for SR -7 (US-441) at Sunrise Boulevard in the City of Lauderhill. The design was completed in accordance with FDOT roadway lighting criteria. Due to numerous existing utilities, the light pole foundations included the design of spread - footings as well as extensive coordination with utilities owners. The project also involved procuring a permit from FOOT. Sunrise Athletic Complex, Additional Parking — City of Sunrise, Florida Project Manager /Engineer of Record — He was in charge of providing engineering design services for the addition of parking spaces at the Sunrise Athletic Complex within the City of Sunrise. BC & FAU A. Hugh Adams Parking Garage — Davie, Florida Design Engineer — The scope of this project consisted of civil engineering services for the design -build team for a five story 1,000 vehicle parking garage located in the Broward College Davie campus. Town Engineer - Inspection Services — Town of Southwest Ranches, Florida Project Manager — The scopes of services included inspection services, reviews of all building permits, fill permits, develop cost estimates and prepared construction documents. SR- 71Sunrise Boulevard Construction Inspection — City of Lauderhill, Florida Project Manager — The scope was for the Construction Engineering Inspection Services for this intersection improvement project in the City of Lauderhill. This project involved the widening and reconstruction of this major urban arterial intersection and was accomplished through an agreement between the FDOT and the City. It included extensive utility coordination, resulting from the widening of SR -7. The project was under FDOT oversight as SR -7 is a state road. The project also involved drainage improvements, signalization and lighting. The project required a complex Maintenance of Traffic plan including periodic lane closures. ® Construction Management Oversight — City of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida Project Manager for the construction of 'The Island', a veteran's memorial park located at the intersection of SR -7 and SW 36"137" Street. RJ Behar advised the City of Lauderdale Lakes during construction and worked with the City to dose out the project. Also, RJ Behar helped the City to obtain FDOT certification for Local Agency Program (LAP) funding for this project as well as other of their capital improvement projects before construction. 2 RR.J.Behar RFQ No. 14-07-021 Page 13.5
