<br />Principle in Charge for the Test Pile driving operation performed by the contractor, GLF Construction Company. The Pile
<br />Driving Installation inspection consisted of verification of driving criteria for the test piles being driven as part of the test pile
<br />installation plan, including pile location, design criteria, soil boring data, and installation operation. Collecting pile driving
<br />data with saximeter in dose coordination with the Geotechnical Engineering Company (GRL), PDA analysis data collection
<br />and pile driving evaluation, hammer energy determination, accessories verification and documentation, pile condition and
<br />measurements, equipment and template location including survey monitoring, and documentation. The foundation for the
<br />new bridge consists of Abutment 1 and Abutment 8, Intermediate Piers 2 through Pier 7, and bents for a new fishing pier.

<br />Hialeah, Florida; American Recovery & Reinvestment ACT (ARRA)
<br />Principle in Charge for the West 53rd Street (from W. 12th Avenue to W. 16th Avenue) ARRA- funded Reconstruction
<br />Project.
<br />Compartment - C Construction Inspection, Clewiston, Florida — AECOMISouth Florida Water Management (SFWMD)
<br />Principle in Charge — The field inspector provided change order reviews, material takeoffs, as -built plan reviews, contractor
<br />payment application reviews, and processing change orders, submittals, field orders, requests for additional information and
<br />payment requests.
<br />S-197 Replacement Project Replacement Project, Construction Inspection Services — SFWMD
<br />Principle in Charge - Responsibilities included scheduling material testing such as Earthwork tests with proctors and density
<br />test performed on existing or imported materials, also concrete testing with slump test and cylinders made for each concrete
<br />pour. The work performed each day was documented in written daitys also photographs were taken of all construction
<br />activities.
<br />S -332D Pump Station Hardening, Construction Management, Miami -Dade, Florida — SFWMD
<br />Principle in Charge — This project involved the hardening and upgrading of the S -332D Pump Station located near
<br />Homestead, Florida in Miami -Dade County. The project involved the hurricane hardening of the pump house and the
<br />installation of bullet- proofing for the walls, roof and roofing system, exterior doors, louvers, HVAC upgrades and protective
<br />opening hoods. The scope also included new weather -proof roof- mounted equipment access hatches, an OSHA safety
<br />® ladder and roof perimeter safety railings and overall exterior repainting of the pump house walls and supporting exterior
<br />concrete foundations, as well as con construction management and inspection support services.
<br />Construction Management Oversight — City of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida
<br />Principle in Charge — This project consisted of construction of 'The Island'at Veteran's Memorial Park located at the
<br />intersection of SR -7 and SW 36"137" Street. RJ Behar advised the City of Lauderdale Lakes during construction and
<br />worked with the City to dose out the project. RJ Behar helped the City obtain FDOT certification for Local Agency Program.
<br />Miami River Greenways, Segment D — City of Miami, Florida
<br />Principal in Charge — The project consists of the reconstruction of an existing roadway segment along the Miami River to
<br />produce a scenic, landscaped, pedestrianlbicyde walkwaylgreenway. The project includes the design of a drainage system
<br />with injection wells, decorative lighting and landscapemardscape design.
<br />Davie Road Beautification Streetscape Project — Town of Davie, Florida
<br />Principal in Charge for the Downtown Davie streetscape beautification designlbuild project. The project consisted of street
<br />resurfacing, new lighting sidewalk replacement.
<br />Town of Davie Local Agency Program (LAP) Certification — Town of Davie, Florida
<br />Principal in Charge — RJ Behar assisted the Town of Davie in obtaining FDOT certification for Local Agency Program (LAP)
<br />funding of town capital projects.
<br />Stirling Road Loop Grant Assistance — Town of Southwest Ranches, Florida
<br />Principal in Charge — RJ Behar assisted the Town of Southwest Ranches in obtaining funding for the construction of the
<br />Stirling Road Loop Multipurpose Trail. Services provided cost estimates, conceptual plans and technical support during the
<br />coordination phase.
<br />NW 44th Street — City of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida
<br />Project Manager — The project included the design and construction management of new construction for approximately 0.5
<br />mile. The scope of services included drainage plans, marking and signing plans and lighting plans.
<br />Seven Isles Entry Beautification — City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
<br />Principal in Charge — The project consisted of improvements to the 7 isles entry way, these improvement induded, adding a
<br />parking space on the west side of SE 231d Avenue as well as beatifying two of the existing bridges
