He provided and continues to <br />provide management and technical support for traffic engineering and safety studies, transportation planning, land <br />use planning, including public involvement and coordination with local governments. He provided quality <br />assurance and quality control on all of the above activities. He has worked in both private and governmental <br />agencies, including FDOT and Broward County. Mr. De Arazoza has held many high level management positions <br />throughout his career. He is well -versed in traffic engineering and roadway design standards and procedures. <br />REVELANT EXPERIENCE: <br />Transportation Master Plan and Transportation Concurrency Management Areas (TCMAS) - City of Miami Gardens, <br />Florida <br />Project Manager responsible for complete development of the Transportation Master Plan, including public involvement, <br />analyses of existing and future conditions of the transportation system; development of transportation improvement projects <br />addressing not only roadways but multi-modal projects as well.
