SR-874/Don Shula Expressway Ramp Connector to SW 13P Street (PD &E) Study — Miami -Dade Expressway Authority Project Engineer in charge of the required traffic engineering analysis and the development of major documents, such as the Interchange Modification Report (IMR) and the Design Traffic Technical Memorandum (DTTM). The study consists of the preparation of the PD &E traffic report, for the SR-874/Don Shula Expressway Ramp Connector to SW 1361, Street. The study assesses existing and future traffic operations of the interchange, given a No-Build scenario, and up to four Build scenarios. Project length: 4 miles. The study area includes the two signalized intersections west and east of the 1-95/Donald Ross Road Interchange and the intersections of Donald Ross Road with Heights Boulevard east of the interchange. Additionally, the unsignalized intersection of 64" Drive N. and Donald Ross Road, located west of the interchange, is included.
