<br />Mr. Romano is a licensed Professional Engineer with a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management. He has
<br />over 19 years of experience specializing in the areas of Construction Engineering, Inspection and Management (CEI &M).
<br />He has worked as a Senior Project Engineer /Project Engineer on various roadway construction projects in Miami -Dade,
<br />Broward and Palm Beach Counties, for Florida's Department of Transportation (FDOT), Districts 4, 6, and the Turnpike,
<br />with an aggregate dollar value of over $200 million. Mr. Romano is responsible for overseeing construction operations,
<br />administration, management, quality control, monthly and final estimates (dose -out package) of projects. He is
<br />knowledgeable in all facets of CEI responsibilities including, oversight of construction operations, administration, public
<br />relations, quality control, final estimates and claims analysis.

<br />Arch Creek Bike Path and Pedestrian Bridge Replacement, North Miami, FL — City of North Miami
<br />Project Manager — His Responsibilities include overseeing the entire construction engineering and inspection services
<br />provided to the City of North Miami, this includes ensuring all tasks are being completed by the senior inspector as well as
<br />the resident compliance specialists. He attends progress meetings, completes the meeting minutes and coordinates
<br />between the local agency and the Florida Department of Transportation, District 6.
<br />Federal Highway (US -1) Beautification, Delray Beach, FL — City of Delray Beach
<br />Senior Project Engineer — He is responsible for overseeing the entire construction engineering operations, administration,
<br />management, and quality control of construction for this project. The scope of the project consists of complete
<br />reconstruction, including widening for a street parking area, the addition of a 4 -foot bike lane, new left turn lane, new
<br />sidewalks, curb and gutter, decorative lighting, sod placement; and water main upgrades.

<br />Senior Project Engineer - As Project Engineer, Mr. Romano was responsible for overseeing the entire CEI operations,
<br />administration, management, and quality control of construction for this project. Mr. Romano managed the contract,
<br />supervised and oversaw the field inspection and administrative personnel, ensured proper understanding of the plans and
<br />specifications, checked the pile driving log records, verified and monitored the vibration levels around all existing adjacent
<br />structures, reviewed pile as -built installation plan, reviewed and analyzed engineer analysis reports for out of tolerance
<br />piles, and was responsible for confirming and verifying approval of all the materials incorporated into the project.
