<br />Ms. Riveros has been responsible for the preparation of roadway plans, drainage plans and site plans throughout South
<br />Florida. She has assisted in drainage design of stormwater management projects as well as roadway design. She has also
<br />performed construction cost estimates for improvements that included street construction, buildings construction, and
<br />landscaping projects. Ms. Riveros is well -versed in the use of AdICPR, ASAD, and HEC -RAS for stormwater and
<br />hydraulics design and of Geopack software for roadway design and electronic delivery of FDOT plans. Her responsibilities
<br />have included the preparation of drawings in MicroStation and AutoCAD for civil and roadway projects. At RJ Behar, Ms.
<br />Riveros is responsible for support in drainage and permitting projects. She has drafted and performed revisions to site,
<br />utility, drainage, and landscaped plans. Ms. Riveros has more than eleven years of experience. She has managed the
<br />production of and coordinated with other junior engineers and technicians on several FDOT projects.

<br />Project Manager - She serves as project manager for assigned projects, tracks project commitments and ensures that they
<br />are met; takes proactive lead to anticipate problem areas and seeks the resolution, so commitment dates are not impacted;
<br />updates and reviews schedules, participate in project scoping, LRE updates, ensures the integrity of the schedules, and
<br />coordination of any changes with the affected departments. She ensures that the consultants are providing the highest
<br />quality product consistent with Department Standards, criteria and process; provides technical support to consultants;
<br />ensures completion of all critical activities with accompanying approvals by the reviewing section per the approved
<br />schedule; reviews and approves progress reports for assigned projects; coordinates with support sections, FHWA, local and
<br />permitting agencies to ensure that all the project concerns are addressed and any conflicts are resolved. She is managing
<br />design as well as PDBE projects.
<br />Design/Build 1.595 Final Design, Broward County, Florida — FOOT District 4 (Subconsultant to AECOM /Dragados)
<br />Project Engineer involved with the drainage design for several sections of the corridor. Design tasks included exfiltration
<br />trench design, storm sewer design and analysis, and both wet and dry retention/detention stormwater management pond
<br />designs. She was involved in the drainage design of two segments of the Turnpike roadway. Also performed plan
<br />modifications after RFC plans were issued and directed the plans preparation with other designers and technicians. The
<br />design involved the use of spreadsheets, AdICPR, ASAD and Microstation. Project length: 10.5 miles
<br />Andrews Avenue, Broward County, Florida — FDOT District 4
<br />Project Engineer for the preparation of the pond siting report and design of the stormwater management system. She also
<br />performed the nutrient analysis for removal of phosphorous and nitrogen loads.
<br />SR -A1A Resurfacing Project, Palm Beach County, Florida — FDOT District 4
<br />Project Designer for this RRR project from the Boynton Inlet Bridge to SR -802. The project included milling and resurfacing
<br />for 4 miles and reconstruction of 1 mile of a major rural roadway, as well as drainage improvements, coastal drainage
<br />studies, pavement marking and signing, overhead signing plans, lighting plans, three signal locations, bridge plans, wetland
<br />mitigation, public involvement, design documentation and landscape plans. She prepared all the roadway plans and
<br />performed the AdICPR drainage modeling of existing and proposed conditions. Project Length: 5 miles
<br />SR- 51US -1 Resurfacing, Boca Raton, Florida — FDOT District 4
<br />Project Engineer for the milling and resurfacing the existing pavement; upgrade to signal systems, upgrade of ADA facilities.
<br />The scope also included new signing and pavement markings and upgrading landscaping. Project Length: 1.4 miles
