Caruso, E.I. <br />Project Manager <br />Mr. Caruso has over 25 years of experience in the <br />engineering design, permitting and construction <br />management fields and is involved in the project <br />from concept to completion. <br />Responsible for the development of due diligence /feasibility studies, Phase I <br />Environmental Reports, Preliminary Engineering Reports, Stormwater and Utility <br />Master Plans. Mr. Caruso is also responsible for the implementation of water, <br />sewer, force main and stormwater projects from design to permitting with local, <br />state and federal agencies to project management services during construction. <br />Prepares funding applications for FEMA -PDMC, USDA, CDBG and ISTEA grant <br />programs. Reviews projects for cost effectiveness and "value engineering'. <br />Also responsible for project coordination with clients, municipalities, contractors <br />and permitting agencies to ensure that the project meets its financial goals and <br />within the scheduled timeframe. Prepares project cost estimates, budgets. <br />bidding services, close -out packages and certifications. <br />Selected Relative Experience: <br />Town of Golden Beach, MIamFDade County, Florida - Design and Project <br />Management for Town -Wide, Six Phase Stormwater Improvement Plan and <br />Water Main Replacement - Responsible for the stormwater and water retrofit <br />engineering design, Miami -Dade County DERM /HRS permitting and cost <br />estimating. Also responsible for the project management of the stormwater <br />and water main construction, implementation, and certifications. <br />Bal Harbour Village - Collins Avenue Sewer Force main Project- Prepared Sewer <br />Force Main Engineering Design, Miami -Dade County DERM Permitting. <br />Estimating and Bid Documents. Participated as a member of the Project <br />Management team during construction. <br />Town of Golden Beach/Bal Harbour Village /City of Lighthouse Point/Town of <br />Pembroke Park/City of Oakland Park/ City of Sweetwater- Stormwater and /or <br />Utility Master Plan - Responsible for the overall conceptual design of utility <br />rehabilitation and improvements for the above - mentioned Municipalities. Also <br />responsible for the information gathering, database preparation, preliminary <br />cost estimating, prioritization of future projects, mapping and narratives. <br />City of Sweetwater Stormwater Improvements (Phase ILA), MIamFDade County, <br />Florida. 2011 (Design Completed). Engineering designed stormwater <br />improvements within an area of significant historical flooding <br />concerns. Participated in the grant funding for the project via FEMA- <br />PDMCG. Improvements included the design of stormwater gravity collection <br />systems with 2 stormwater pumping stations by other CAS staff. <br />Craig A.
