<br />Mr. Chinea is a Professional Engineer. His work includes highway and land
<br />development engineering, with emphasis in roadway design, drainage, pump
<br />stations, signing and pavement marking, quantity surveying, cost estimating, water
<br />and sewer systems. Mr. Chinea's 29 years of experience include successful projects
<br />for the FDDT, Miami -Dade County, Miami -Dade and Broward County Public
<br />Schools, Community Development Districts and several cities and villages in Miami -
<br />Dade, Broward and Monroe counties.
<br />Between 1995 and 1998, Mr. Chinea was director of an engineering provincial team
<br />in Camaguey, Cuba, in charge of the design and construction of micro- irrigation
<br />systems for plantations of banana and citrus. He also headed a team in charge of
<br />project evaluation and regional development for various projects that included
<br />environmental improvements from rectification of watercourses, natural treatment
<br />and utilization of wastewater, and protection of natural resources. Between 1985 and
<br />1995, Mr. Chinea was Project Specialist of irrigation and drainage systems. He was
<br />in charge of the Hydraulic, Irrigation, and Drainage Department of Sugar Cane
<br />Research Station in Camaguey, Cuba.
<br />Following is a selected list of the more than 50 Community Development Districts in
<br />Mich Mr. Chinea has parbapated overseeing the construction and welbeing of the
<br />public infrastructure Within each community.
<br />2011 — Present. Hollywood Beach CDD 1 — City of Hollywood Beach,
<br />Broward County, FL. The infrastructure for a Margaritaville hotel building with a
<br />public and guest parking garage on 5.13 acres. Client: Hollywood Beach CDD 1.
<br />Project Manager. Governmental Management Services.
<br />2010 — Present. Midtown Miami CDD, City of Miami, Miami -Dade County,
<br />FL. The infrastructure gives access and service to residential and commercial
<br />units on 56 acres. Client: Midtown Miami CDD. Project Manager: Severn Trent
<br />Services. Inc.
<br />2005 — Present Grand Bay at Doral CDD, City of Doral, Miami -Dade County, FL.
<br />The infrastructure is a network of roadway, drainage, water and sanitary sewer
<br />systems that will give access and service to 726 condorniniums, 450 townhomes and
<br />124 units of workshop space on 176 acres. Client Grand Bay at Doral CDD. District

<br />2006 — Present. Fontainbleau Lakes CDD, Miami -Dade County, FL. The
<br />infrastructure gives access and service to 1,386 mid -rise condominium units, 238

<br />FL. The infrastructure gives access and service to 771 three story garden
<br />dwelling units, 720 townhomes and 227 single family residences on 258 acres of
