DP&O shall carefully document debris removal activities as well as hazardous trees and hazardous limbs using <br />TRKRTM ADMS DP&O will work closely with the Owner to identify and approve removal of those critical <br />debris hazards and DP&O will perform all documentation per strict FEMA requirements for Hazard Trees <br />(Leaners) and Hazard Limbs (Hangers), to ensure that debris removal is eligible for federal funding. <br />Hangers/Leaners: TRKRTM DP&O will validate that hazard limbs greater than 2 inches, and hazard trees <br />measured including photos will be obtained for Leaners and hangers. The monitoring process to be used by <br />DP&O for the City that includes both the ADMS and manual Load Ticket preparation if necessary. <br />DP&O fully trains the field staff on the requirements associated with their position, the requirements of debris <br />removal and the need for proper documentation in accordance with the DP&O monitor forms and tickets that <br />comply with FEMA and FHWA requirements. <br />DP&O's TRKRTM ADMS System includes the following key features: <br />TRKRTM allows the client and DP&O staff to review all debris operations real-time. auto populates ticket <br />ledgers, has built in analytics for automated debris data reconciliation and continues to function maintaining <br />data without internet downloading data when Monitor reaches internet signals. <br />TRKRTM is user friendly, tracks Monitor location and prompts Monitors to perform functions including required <br />photos and measurements. TRKRTM Has the following key features for easy Debris removal and monitor <br />tracking, records assimilation, and database storage: <br />➢ Weatherproof and shock resistant Handheld Unit (HHU): DP&O TRKRTM exists on the AT&T <br />Android First Net responder cell phones. <br />➢ Standalone power source <br />➢ Integrated GPS capabilities <br />➢ High Quality print paper and ink to sustain harsh environment and not deteriorate over time <br />➢ Back-up equipment available for on-site rapid distribution if necessary <br />➢ Capable of sharing database records with contractors, sub -contractors, the City, and others via the <br />internet. <br />➢ System is password protected, role -based access controls and has viewing, printing, and editing <br />capabilities. Each user must have permissions <br />➢ Each manager will have a unique ID code <br />➢ HHU will extract information recorded <br />➢ Retains a running total of quantity and type of debris hauled by each particular vehicle <br />➢ Maintains all data and records per FEMA requirements. <br />➢ Populates the FEMA Debris removal Project worksheet templates. <br />➢ Collects data without internet connection. <br />➢ Includes durable portable printers for printing of load tickets if necessary. <br />59 <br />-1R <br />
