17-29 Red Light Enforcement 93 of 105 Exhibit A Opens 4/21/2017 at 2:30 P.M. <br />5.1.15 Red light camera enclosures should be as small as possible and <br />use as little power as possible. State the size of the red-light camera <br />system enclosure. <br />5.1.16 Red light camera enclosures should be designed in such a fashion <br />that maintenance, and other operations can be accomplished easily <br />and quickly without creating a public safety hazard. Explain typical <br />maintenance procedures. <br />5.1.17 Contractor should state installation and construction times for a <br />generic intersection, as well as how power and communication is <br />provided to the equipment. <br />5.1.18 The Contractor's system should be able to simultaneously capture <br />violations in up to five lanes. <br />5.1.19 In addition to monitoring straight -through infractions, the system <br />shall becapable of detecting and recording evidence of left and right turn <br />infractions, regardless of vehicle speed (please reference program). <br />Explain how your system captures illegal right -turn -on red movements? <br />5.1.20 Does the proposed system detect the speed of the violator? <br />17-29 Red Light Enforcement 93 of 105 Exhibit A Opens 4/21/2017 at 2:30 P.M. <br />
