5.6.5 Contractor should provide assistance with the content and design of a <br />public education program and associated materials to be funded by <br />the Contractor and implemented at the discretion of the Police <br />Department Public Information Office. (i.e. Newspaper ads, mailed <br />flyers, roadway signs, etc.). <br />5.6.6 At the request of the City, the Contractor should participate in an on- <br />going media campaign to provide program awareness to the public. <br />In addition, the Contractor maybe required to attend public meetings <br />and assist City staff in demonstrating the equipment used for the <br />5.7 Fees and Scope of Work for Pricing <br />The price/revenue proposal shall be based on the three options stated in <br />Exhibit C <br />FOR INFOR1VlATIONAL PURPOSES, ONLY: <br />The City will use a mathematical formula for determining allocation of cost points to each responsive, <br />responsible contractor. The highest revenue or lowest cost (depending on option selected by the City), <br />responsive responsible contractor, receives the maximum allowable points. Calculations are done by <br />formula stated below: <br />2nd highest proposed revenue minus highest revenue = X X <br />divided by highest revenue = Y <br />Y times the total number of revenue points = Z <br />Total number of revenue points minus Z = points assigned to 2nd highest contractor and so on. <br />5.7.2 Contractor should provide a project manager for the project as the <br />single voint of contact of the City, <br />5.7.3 Contractor should provide intersection design and installation plans <br />for review and approval by the City of Sarasota, and Traffic Engineering if <br />aimlicable. <br />5.7.4 Contractor should install and maintain installed cameras and any <br />ancillary a ui ment for the life of the contract. <br />5.7.5 Contractor should be responsible for loading, optimizing, and license <br />plate data entry processing of images for review. <br />17-213 Red Light Enforcement 104 of 105 Exhibit A Opens 4/21/2017 at 2:30 P.M. <br />
