39 <br /> <br />When using cones or other means to modify the traffic flow, ensure to use of the proper taper length and <br />device spacing to provide adequate distance to on -coming motor vehicles in addition, proper P.P.E is to <br />be worn during traffic operations, hard hat and visibility vest. For additional protection required to control <br />traffic, should be use an orange red flag and avoid being at front of any vehicles approaching to the job <br />site. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WEATHER HAZARDS <br /> <br />The site safety coordinator or competent person on site, will be attentive to daily weather conditions on <br />the work areas at each morning predicted weather conditions of potential field impact are to be including <br />temporary meeting briefed and job safety analysis on the hazard’s tasks for that day. Weather changes <br />should initiate review as necessary. <br /> <br />Weather related hazards will relate correlate to the type of different weather involved; contrary weather, <br />may cause greater dust emissions, particularly during intrusive activities and rainfalls increase, making <br />slippery the work areas, particularly near the workers. <br /> <br />Severe weather can occur with little warning. The location of the storm can be confirmed via inte rnet or calling in to a local <br />weather center, where they may have a doppler radar and tracking the storm. <br /> <br />SITE SPECIFIC TRAINING <br /> <br />Ric-Man personnel performing activities on the jobsites are well trained in accordance with this plan. <br /> <br />All personnel are required to remain concerning to all the required training when there is a change of work; <br />instructions to the general health and safety training program; personnel will be required to complete any <br />supplemental task-specific training developed for the tasks to be performed.
