As well as <br />fire hydrant assemblies, approximately 664 dual <br />water services and approximately 40 single water <br />services with approximately 1,368 water service <br />conversions from rear to front. Street improvements including <br />paving, striping and signage. Street design <br />included a restructuring of on-street parking from <br />diagonal to parallel. Widening of existing <br />sidewalks including ADA accessible ramps, expand <br />sidewalk design, sidewalk elements and mid-block <br />mini parks. Installation of ornamental lights and <br />pedestrian lighting. New landscaping, tress, <br />groundcover and irrigation <br /> <br />FDOT SR 823/NW 57TH AVE/RED ROAD <br />Owner: FDOT/MDWASD – $20,865,766.28 <br />Reference: Nelson Cespedes 305-607-0799 <br />Role: Asst. Super <br />Project mainly consisted of the installation of 4,848 <br />feet of 54-inch bar-pipe through Red Road, <br />including crossing an existing 48-inch Forcemain <br />(installed by us in 2004). As part of the work, we <br />had to install the new main through the <br />intersection of Opa-Locka Blvd/ NW138 St, and Red <br />Road. Given our past performance with FDOT we <br />were able to guarantee completing the crossing <br />during a weekend. Despite some challenges, we <br />were able to keep our promise.
