Approximately $1.6 <br />million budget. <br /> <br />Utility analysis Zone 113B <br />Owner: Broward County WWSS – $28,115,925.52 <br />Reference: Alan Garcia, PWD Director ‐ 954‐831‐0903 Construction <br />Role: Project Coordinator <br />The project consisted of the furnishing of all labor, materials, <br />equipment, services and incidentals for the construction of the <br />infrastructure site work. The work will include site preparation, <br />earthwork, sanitary sewer system installation (38,100 LF of 8-18” <br />PVC), water systems installation (59,820 LF of DIP 6-16”) (940 LF of <br />6-12” HDD) (440 services), roadway and walkway restoration and <br />construction, landscape restoration, restoring existing irrigation <br />systems, pavement marking restoration and site furnishings <br /> <br />Flamingo BP 10E Neighborhood Improvements <br />Owner: City of Miami Beach <br />Reference: Thais Viera <br />Role: Project Coordinator <br />Design / Build Project consisted of the replacement of 5,100 LF <br />of water main, 3,800 LF of drainage mains with over 109 drainage <br />structures including 10 gravity wells. The project boundaries were <br />from Washington Ave. to Meridian Avenue from 7th St. to 9th Street. <br />This project required a major coordination effort with the <br />restaurants, night clubs, other existing businesses, residents, <br />school, and public transportation. Approximately $4.5 million <br />project budget. <br /> <br />Broadview Park BP 2 Neighborhood Improvements <br />Owner: Broward County WWS <br />Reference: Alan Garcia <br />Role: Project Coordinator <br />Project consists of approximately 36,000 LF of sewer with over 150 <br />MAS, 15,000 LF of drainage mains including 170 structures, 3 lift <br />stations, landscaping, streetscapes, road reconstruction and milling <br />/ resurfacing. Approximately $17 million budget. <br /> <br />Town of Surfside infrastructure rehabilitation project <br />Owner: Town of Surfside <br />Role: Project Coordinator <br />Project consist of infrastructure improvements to Town of Surfside <br />including the replacement of approximately 31,000 LF of water <br />main, 5,600 LF of RCP drainage conveyance pipe, 9 drainage wells, <br />58 drainage structures, 3 drainage pump stations, rehabilitation of <br />49,000 LF of sewer system and rehabilitation of 2 sewer pump
