BID TITLE: BID 19 -17 -12 -HR BID NUMBER: ROOFING MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS <br />SECTION 6 — BID SUBMISSION PACKAGE <br />SCHEDULE "A" <br />CITY OF SUNRISE <br />BID SHEET & CERTIFICATION <br />ALL BIDS SHALL REMAIN VALID FOR NINETY (90) DAYS AFTER BID OPENING <br />The undersigned bidder agrees to furnish all labor,'tools, material and supplies, and to sustain all the <br />expense incurred in doing the work set forth below that may be awarded the undersigned by the City of <br />Sunrise, Florida, through its proper officers, and to do the same strictly in accordance with the plans and <br />contract documents on file in the Office of the City Engineer of Sunrise, which are referred to below and <br />made a part hereof, at the following unit prices, to -wit: <br />The following unit prices are associated with roofing, re -roofing and roof repair components. Please be <br />comprehensive in filling out the items involved below. Two (2) or Three (3) levels of work scope are <br />indicated for most of the Proposal items. Small repair jobs from 0 to 500 square feet (S.F.), medium size <br />roofing jobs 501 to 10,000 S.F., and large roofing jobs over 10,001 S.F. An approximate quantity is also <br />provided and the "unit price" and total blanks to be completed by Bidder.
