The card administrator(s) can be granted full access to manage the card program for card issuance, card cancellation, limit increases, and other administrative monitoring. The card administrator(s) can also create other user accounts and assign access/privileges based on that user’s responsibility. Multiple roles can be created to granted privileged based access to the account online if desired. Synovus has various resources to support our technology and provide demonstrations, training and reconfiguration of products and services. Additional training or account troubleshooting can occur as needed for card administrators over a virtual meeting platform.
