And look <br />forward to discussing your needs and requirements further. <br />Synovus will provide the City, a comprehensive, solutions focused, commercial card program that <br />provides superior product capabilities/ benefits/solutions, and services to deliver process efficiencies, <br />reduce costs, opportunity to earn financial, cash rebates, (a minimum/annual net spend threshold of <br />one million needs to be achieved),while delivering substantial value to fund other business operating <br />expenses. The applicable spend on both your Purchase Card Program and your Virtual Card Program <br />(Electronic Vendor Payments) will be included in the calculation of any rebate. <br />Below outlines some of the key strengths of our program: <br />APSolutions Technology Platform-To help our clients maximize cost savings and streamline costs <br />allocation, Synovus provides our APSolutions Technology Platform (Exhibit I)to integrate and allocate <br />card accounting data into various accounting and expense management systems. The integration of <br />card transaction data into the general ledger is an important part of any expense management <br />program. Synovus can support workflow processes that provide organizations the ability to allocate <br />charges to specific departments, cost centers, projects and allows you to monitor and report on <br />spending activity. Our goal is for this to happen in a streamlined process with minimal manual <br />intervention. <br />There are no costs or annual fees for the Synovus card programthat we are recommending. No <br />interest rate will apply, unless the payment is made late or not in full each month. <br />Access to Card Administration, Maintenance, Reporting-both standard and custom, Virtual Cards, <br />Expensing Reporting/Financial Coding and ERP/Financial Systems integration,is accessed throughour <br />APSolutionsTechnology Platform and as noted above all the robust functionality is all included at no <br />charge. The card administrator(s) can be granted full access to manage the card program for card <br />issuance, card cancellation, limit increases, and other administrative monitoring. The card <br />administrator(s) can also create other user accounts and assign access/privileges based on that user’s <br />responsibility. Multiple roles can be created to granted privileged based access to the account online <br />if desired. Synovus has various resources to support our technology and provide demonstrations, <br />training and reconfiguration of products and services. Additional training or account troubleshooting <br />can occur as needed for card administrators over a virtual meeting platform.
