Assists in identifying non-compliant or fraudulent spending. Cardholderscan easily include their receipt images into the expense tool- simply by taking a picture or they can upload the image. Real-time account servicing technology – the Citywill have the opportunity to utilize technology to access information real-time to quickly reconcile, file expense reports, customized reporting, audit capabilities and administrative management of the Solution. There are no costs or annual fees for the Synovus card program. No interest rate will apply, unless the payment is made late ornot in full each month. Virtual Card/One-time usage Card (Electronic Vendor Payments) – Enables the Citythe ability to securely generate virtual card numbers/One-time usage for purchase requests and electronically send in batch files to suppliers. The platform connects buyers to suppliers for approved expenses. Additionally, Virtual Cards mitigate fraud and drastically increase processes efficiencies. We can load your chart of accounts during implementation and work with you to enroll your suppliers- at no cost.
