Your GL/Chart of Accounts can be loaded, and this solution supports <br />customized approval/workflows to make expense reporting an automated end to end process- <br />with very limited keying in of data by your employees; provides your organization control and <br />spend transparency. Assists in identifying non-compliant or fraudulent spending. Cardholderscan <br />easily include their receipt images into the expense tool- simply by taking a picture or they can <br />upload the image. <br />Real-time account servicing technology – the Citywill have the opportunity to utilize technology <br />to access information real-time to quickly reconcile, file expense reports, customized reporting, <br />audit capabilities and administrative management of the Solution. <br />There are no costs or annual fees for the Synovus card program. No interest rate will apply, unless <br />the payment is made late ornot in full each month. <br />Virtual Card/One-time usage Card (Electronic Vendor Payments) – Enables the Citythe ability to <br />securely generate virtual card numbers/One-time usage for purchase requests and electronically send <br />in batch files to suppliers. The platform connects buyers to suppliers for approved expenses. <br />Additionally, Virtual Cards mitigate fraud and drastically increase processes efficiencies.
