RFP ITB # 24-07-01 - INTRACOASTAL SPORTS COURT COMPLEX <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH 18 <br />Rainbow Park Elementary <br />School <br />Miami Dade County Public School <br />Past Experience- Project #5 <br />The scope involved replacing mechanical equipment <br />and installing new Unit Ventilators and Ceiling Grid/ <br />Tiles in all school classrooms. The Asset Protection <br />Program included a new Voice Activated Addressable <br />Fire Alarm System, interior and exterior light fixture <br />replacements, and a new Fire Sprinkler System for <br />Building 1. Upgrades to DDC Controls were implemented <br />throughout the school. The comprehensive construction <br />work, covering corridors, classrooms, administration <br />areas, roof, building exterior, and underground, required <br />careful phasing for minimal disruption to ongoing school <br />activities.
