Proposed drainage exfiltration areas are very deep and encroach a muck layer. Muck <br />tends to be unstable below the ground water level. If the exfiltration scope of work expands in <br />the process of removing the muck from the path of the drainage, how will that be <br />compensated? <br />A17. Exfiltration trenches have been designed to meet Miami-Dade -RER DERM requirements. <br />Contractor shall install exfiltration trenches per designed plans. <br />Q18 .
