In addition, <br />CONTRACTO <br />controlled real or personal property when such damage is the resultof: <br />2.14.2.1to conform to Project requirements;or <br />2.14.2.2Any defect of equipment, material, workmanship or designfurnished; <br />2.14.2.3Failure of CONTRACTOR to protect installed materials and/or <br />equipment <br />2.14.3CONTRACTOR shall restore any work damaged in fulfilling the terms and conditions of <br />run for one (1) year from the date of repair orreplacement. <br />2.14.4SHERIFF shall provide notice to CONTRACTOR in writing within a reasonable time after <br />the discovery of any failure, defect, or damage. Such notice shall specify the time within <br />which CONTRACTOR shallremedy the failure, defect, ordamage. <br />2.14.5If CONTRACTOR fails to remedy any failure, defect, or damage within the time frame <br />otherwise remedy the failure, defect or damage atexpense. <br />2.14.6With respect to all warranties, express or implied, from subcontractors, manufacturers, or <br />suppliers for work performed and materials furnished under this Agreement, <br />CONTRACTORshall: <br />2.14.6.1Obtain all warranties that would be given in normal commercialpractice; <br />2.14.6.2Require all warranties to be executed in writing for the benefit of the <br />SHERIFFandBrowardCountyandtheBoardofCommissionersofBrowardCounty,if <br />directed by Contract Administrator, and delivered to the Contract Administrator;and <br />2.14.6.3Enforce all warranties for the benefit of the SHERIFF and BrowardCounty <br />and the Board of Commissioners of Broward County, if directed by the Contract <br />Administrator. <br />2.14.7In <br />and/or Broward County and/or the Board of Commissioners of Broward County may bring <br />2.14.8ThisBoard of Commissioners of <br />rights with respect to latent defects, gross mistakes, fraud, or any other <br />remedies available bylaw. <br />ARTICLE 3 -AGREEMENT TIME <br />80370312:!22;67!BNq/!8: <br /> <br />
