If the CONTRACTOR fails to submit the required insurance certificate in the manner prescribed with the executed Agreement submitted to BSO and if not submitted with the executed Agreement in no event to exceed three (3) calendar days after request to submit certificate of insurance, the CONTRACTOR shall be in default, and the Agreement shall be rescinded. Under such circumstances, the Bidder may be prohibited from submitting future bids to BSO. 17
