<br />THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />PROJECT NO. 21-1011 <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT RELOCATION TO ANNEX <br /> <br /> <br />Project No. 21-1011 November 2024 013216 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES-3 <br />PART 3 - PAYMENT <br /> <br />3.1 PAY REQUESTS <br /> <br />A. The Contractor's pay request shall include an update of the final schedule. The contractor <br />will not be eligible to receive payment until his contract baseline schedule and schedule <br />of values is approved and no payment will be made to the Contractor unless this schedule <br />update and schedule of values is submitted with the pay request. <br /> <br />B. Retainage of each Contractor’s pay request amount shall be in accordance with The City <br />of Sunny Isles Department / Miami-Dade County (MDC) Contract General Conditions. <br /> <br />C. All Contractor pay requests will be submitted in a form suitable to MDC based on a County <br />approved schedule of values. <br /> <br />3.2 FINAL PAYMENT <br /> <br />A. Final payment shall be in accordance with The City of Sunny Isles Department / Miami- <br />Dade County (MDC) Contract General Conditions. <br /> <br />PART 4 - MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> <br />4.1 MEASUREMENT <br /> <br />A. Work under this Section will not be separately measured for payment. <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SECTION
