Roof Insulation shall meet: <br /> <br />1. FM Class 1 construction <br /> <br />2. Glass fiber reinforced facer sheets integrally laminated to both sides of <br />polyisocyanurate <br /> <br />3. Total LTTR value shall be minimum 30, unless otherwise indicated. <br /> <br />4. Achieve LTTR by assembly of layers using a maximum individual board <br />thickness of 2 inches <br /> <br />5. Cover Board (when required): Glass mat faced gypsum board with water <br />resistant core, 1/2-inch thickness. Dens Deck Duraguard roof board by <br />Georgia Pacific Corporation or ACFoam-HS Coverboard by Atlas Roofing <br />when acceptable to meet Performance requirements of the roof assembly. <br /> <br />a. Cover board shall be as tested when a tested assembly is <br />required. <br /> <br />6. Compressive Strength: 25 pounds per square inch minimum. <br /> <br />7. Board Size: 4-foot x 8 foot maximum <br /> <br />C. Roof Saddle System: Glass fiber reinforced face sheets on both sides with iso core. <br />Conform to ASTM C728. <br /> <br />D. Cants and Edge Strips: ASTM C 208, Type II, Grade 1, cellulosic-fiber insulation <br />board. <br /> <br />E. Tapered Insulation: Provide factory-tapered insulation boards fabricated to 1/4 or <br />1/2 inch per foot slope unless otherwise indicated. <br /> <br />F. Fasteners: Fasteners shall be approved by the membrane manufacturer to assure <br />that required conditions are met to provide a system roof warranty.
